By using modamystiq.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products

Our pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, print placement and finish are part of their character and not defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but screens can display colours differently.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders & payment

Placing an order sends us a request to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we receive your Interac e-Transfer payment. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 3 business days. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

See our Shipping & Returns policy. All sales are final except for defective or damaged items.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, text and the Moda Mystiq name and logo belong to Moda Mystiq and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
