Thank you for visiting and shopping at Moda Mystiq. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We use Canada Post for all our shipments. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship outside of Canada. However, all international customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may occur. Customs duty is the responsibility of the person ordering the products, and Moda Mystiq is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
The cost of shipping will vary depending on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Moda Mystiq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, or have not received your order, please contact us to file a claim.
We will do our best to assist you in opening a claim with Canada Post if you contact us within a reasonable time frame after the expected delivery date.
